In celebration of the Spice Girls’ 30th anniversary this year, Melanie Brown, famously known as “Scary Spice,” hinted at exciting developments during an appearance on “The Jennifer Hudson Show.” Despite being known as a “blabbermouth,” Mel B shared that “all five of us” are actively working on something special for their fans.
Acknowledging her tendency to spill the beans, Mel B added with a laugh, “And by me just saying that, I’m probably going to get into trouble again.” Reflecting on the enduring friendship among the group members—Melanie Chisholm (“Sporty Spice”), Emma Bunton (“Baby Spice”), Geri Halliwell (“Ginger Spice”), and Victoria Beckham (“Posh Spice”)—Mel B expressed amazement at their ability to remain friends over three decades.
The Spice Girls, known for their iconic ’90s hits and energetic performances, last performed together at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.
